- mirro provides precise time-stamped feedback during patient-provider interactions, enabling a transparent and data-driven approach to improving communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making.
- We keep descriptions of the data used to train our AI systems.
- We predominantly use supervised learning algorithms to train our AI systems. Supervised AI produces explainable results.
- Occasionally, we use creative, non-supervised AI, and we have human coaches manually review the creative AI work to ensure it adheres to all the standards listed in this document.
Privacy
mirro.ai is a healthcare product built on the core ethics of privacy and trust.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of every patient interaction, adhering to HIPAA and industry-leading data protection standards. Designed with emotional intelligence at its core, mirro.ai empowers providers to deliver care that is not only clinically effective but also deeply compassionate—while safeguarding the trust that patients place in their care teams.
We achieve this by following these guidelines:
- We do not use the user’s know-how to sell them any products or services.
- We use the user’s data for our training purposes only if the user consents to do so.
- We let users delete their data from our systems at will, and such data is permanently deleted from our systems.
- We take all the safety measures in our backend systems to make our data safe and free from cyber-attacks.
